all payments must be made in EUR via paypal invoice

a full payment is required after a rough concept is agreed upon

changes requested during the sketch phase are free of charge, any changes after that will come with a fee proportional to the alterations (correction of coloring mistakes typically come free of charge or with a minimal fee) - check below for more info

refunds are negotiable. a full refund is always granted if requested before a sketch is sent. after that, you risk only receiving up to 75% back. after the lineart is complete, the piece is non-refundable

complicated designs, accessories, etc. may increase the listed pricing, which is always discussed prior to payment

typically i will share 3 progress shots: a rough concept, a sketch, and a colored piece (prior to line coloring) - more can be provided upon request

you can ask for a different prompt if the rough concept isn't to your liking - i may reuse the unnaproved prompt for future projects, it's not yours to keep

character changes may be requested before i share the sketch

i must receive clean, unshaded and non-watermarked references and/or color pallettes

small revisions and edits after completion are okay! however please be mindful of when you ask them, as i may delete your commission's file in the future

i may take somewhere between 3 days to three months to complete a commission. if for some reason i am no longer able to complete your commission, i will contact you about a solution (typically a refund)

i reserve the right to copyright my artwork (portfolio, social media posts, promotion, etc)

the use of my artwork for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden

the personal use of my artwork is allowed with proper credit

you may repost my artwork to other platforms as long as you credit and add links to my profile

tracing, re-coloring, editing or referencing my work without permission is prohibited

using my artwork for nfts, cryptocurrencies or feeding AI is strictly prohibited

i must be notified before the sale/trade/gifting of any of my designs

do not prohibit me from viewing my designs (in case of private accounts, please provide me with an access key to the character)

do not resell one of my designs for more than it's purchase price, unless more art has been added

you may tinker with my design as long as i'm still credited as the original creator/designer

do not make carbon copies/hypokits/etc. of my designs without my permission. i'm always free to discuss this!
